Welcome to Future Ratnerville. It is a beautiful Brooklyn community on the corner of Ft. Greene, Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, Boerum Hill and Park Slope. It has a death sentence if developer Bruce Ratner steals and destroys all the homes and businesses here to make way for an arena for the New Jersey Nets as well as many skyscrapers. This has always been one of my favorite buildings in Brooklyn. I used to walk by it when the windows were bricked in and think about its potential. Now that it is beautifully restored and is a home to many, why should it be stolen and given to Ratner to crush???
